Class Schedule

           All classes are open so that it will fit into your schedule of daily activities.  You do not need to pre-register.  If you are a new student you will need to give a call to let me know which class you will be attending for the first time and of course to ask any questions you may have.

Class Fees:  Pay as you go - $10.00    
Commit to 4 classes  $36.00   (Booklets of 4, 8, & 12 can be used for any of the classes you attend and do not have to be consecutively)                      
Commit to 8 classes  $68.00
Commit to 12 classes  $96.00
Private lessons   $20.00 per half hour (By appt. only)

Parking

Parking is at the rear of the Seneca/Mill building.

What to Wear

Comfortable clothing is recommended such as a T-shirt & sweatpants and for the relaxation you may want to bring a shirt or a light jacket to keep the body warm.  Please be considerate of others who may have allergies and refrain from using perfumes or aromatherapies. 

What to Bring

It is recommended you bring your own yoga or exercise mat.  If you do not have one, there is a limited supply available for use.  You may also wish to bring a small hand towel or a blanket (stadium size).  You may bring water (room temp. is recommended).

Class Size

An average class size will be 5 to 10 so that students will have plenty of room to practice.   Classes are set up so that you can attend to fit your schedule.  You can attend one time a week, two times, or three time a week.  You can attend days or nights , both or alternate days and times.
